If we get 60%* where does the other 40% go?

We want to be transparent about where the ticket price goes. Parentkind uses the 40% to cover the cost of the prizes and administration of the lottery.

*60% applies between 15 January 2025 and 31 December 2025. From 15 January 2026, PTAs holding Parentkind membership will receive 60%. Non-members and schools will receive 50%.

With The Parents Lottery, your school receives 60p* from every £1 ticket sold – paying out more than any other PTA or school-focused lottery on the market. That means more money directly impacting your pupils and funding vital projects. Plus, it’s an effective fundraising solution for PTAs and schools and an easy way for parents to contribute to their children’s education.
